The Stones

Stoke Hall

Stoke Hall is a fine to medium buff coloured stone from the Millstone Grit of Carboniferous age. A very strong stone, Stoke Hall is suitable for most aspects of construction including load bearing masonry and cladding. Used for decades in traditional building techniques it is now proving a popular member of the PanAsh portfolio, widening the choice of Natural Sandstone rainscreen cladding.

Red St. Bees

The distinctive close bedding and fine grain size means that the stones is very resistant to weathering both aesthetically and physically. The inherent strength of the stones allows it to be used for cladding and masonry projects where the consistency of colour and its physical reliability make it a natural choice.
